Born from a love of colonial architecture and Pench’s wild heart, Rosewood Villas was envisioned as a place where comfort coexists with conscience. Each cottage blends Anglo‑Indian grace with local craftsmanship — wide verandas, terracotta floors, and natural materials that feel at home in the jungle.
